Erin advises clients and handles disputes in all areas of construction law, including bidding, private and public contracts, mechanics' liens, stop notices, and surety bonds.

Representation of a general contractor in hearing regarding DBE Good Faith Requirements, resulting in an overturning of the public entity's determination that the contractor did not make a Good Faith Effort to reach the established DBE Goal.
